David Allie since 1982

This Blog is on all things me and what I'm into at the moment. It will vary greatly day to day, but I hope this will show a general trend of getting better and better no matter the change.

Nothing represents the holiday spirit better than good Xmas rap tunes.  So it seems only natural that Suburban Sprawl Music would have the homies Passalacqua and Doc Illingsworth cook up the ultimate Xmas rap tune for their annual holiday compilation.  The result is something like a Detroit version of Run DMC’s “Christmas in Hollis” except with a polar opposite point of view that discusses the struggles and the stress of the holiday season (in a very light-hearted, non-grinchy sort of way) rather than the normal, holly jolly commercialism that we are used to in these types of songs.  Catch them performing the song live Friday, Dec. 9th at the Magic Stick.
